Here at Sophisticated Skin & Beauty, we pride ourselves on being unique and we are more than a Medspa, we are a Premier Wellness Spa that caters to your Health, Aesthetics, and Wellness. We provide select tests, screenings, and physicals performed by our licensed Nurse Practitioner. 

Sports/Camp Physicals: Book this service to have your child examined prior to attending a summer camp or participating in sports. Please complete the parent section of the form prior to arrival to your visit. Please have available child immunization history and records, primary care provider's name, and any relevant health history, allergies, and medications currently taking. This service is not intended to replace a comprehensive annual wellness exam and we encourage children to see their pediatrician regularly. $45

Biometric screening: Get an overall picture of your health. This screening is used to check blood pressure, weight, BMI, waist circumference, body fat %, and lean muscle. A lipid panel and A1C may also be obtained. $50-$75

DOT Physical: This physical is used to confirm whether you are healthy enough to perform the demanding profession of a commercial motor vehicle driver. It helps to keep the nation's roads safe. This exam is not intended to replace a comprehensive annual wellness exam. $99

Medical office visit: We offer in-office visits for non-primary care needs. We do understand that life can get hectic and continuing medications at the right dose is important, therefore we will provide a one-time medication renewal after evaluation. We do not write for narcotics or benzodiazepines at this office. New patient $129  Established $89
