Fat Dissolve

Lipodissolve or fat dissolve is a procedure that involves the injection of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and Deoxycholate (DC) to reduce and destroy fat deposits allowing our body to get rid of it naturally, while also producing new collagen to tighten the skin. It is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.

Lipodissolve is not intended to aid in weight reduction; instead, it is used for body shaping. This procedure is most effective on individuals with a BMI of less than 30 who have fat deposits that have failed to respond to diet or exercise. If you have a BMI greater than 30, consider joining our weight loss program first for the best results.

Multiple treatments are recommended to achieve optimal results. Usually, 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart are necessary with a maximum of 6 treatments. We highly encourage Lymphatic drainage after these treatments on a weekly basis. To make it easier, we have partnered with Allure Esthetics to provide this service (additional fees apply and this is booked directly through Allure Esthetics).

Results are permanent. Low fat, low carb, high protein, and drinking plenty of fluid is recommended to achieve and maintain the best results.

Is the Lipo dissolve procedure permanent? Will the fat come back in other areas?

Lipo dissolve will dissolve fat permanently in the areas of treatment.  It will leave only a thin layer of fat cells at the surface.

If an individual gains weight, the fat cells in the untreated areas will naturally get larger.

Therefore, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle by watching diet and maintaining regular exercising not only to avoid excess weight gain but also for your overall health.

Does Lipo-dissolve hurt?

Most people experience very mild discomfort from the injections. The needle is very small the same size that is used to give an insulin injection. Some people report a mild soreness at the injection site after the shot is given. This soreness can last up to a week.

What are the side effects?

Common side-effects might include some light burning, bruising, swelling, itching and aching in the area injected. Women should avoid treatment just before and during their menstrual period, as this may create a greater degree of discomfort and swelling.

How soon are results visible after lipodissolve?

After your last session you can expect to see optimal results in 4-6 weeks.
