FAQ:

What is IV hydration?
A safe and effective method of delivering nutrients such as vitamins and minerals directly to your bloodstream. You receive 100% of the nutrients as this metho
d allows them to bypass the digestive system.

How often do I need treatments to feel results?
This is individualized. IV hydration is not a one time fix and usually takes a series of infusions depending on the reason and symptoms. Therefore, every patient completes their medical history and has a consultation with our practitioner for a proper treatment plan tailored to you and your goals.

Who is it for?
Hydration therapy can be used for a number of reasons. Some people seek IV hydration as a hangover cure or for migraine treatment. Others find it useful for athletic recovery, stress relief or as a way to rehydrate after a long flight, an illness or a hot day in the sun. If your body is crying out for fluids and that lack of fluids is leaving you not feeling your best, IV hydration therapy can help.

Who should not get IV hydration?
The treatment is contraindicated for those with kidney disease, heart conditions. Abnormal vital signs and medical emergencies.

How long does it take?
It can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the type of infusion, vein access and catheter size. Select therapeutic infusions could take up to 4 hours.

Does it hurt?
The insertion should not be painful. You may feel a sting upon insertion. Our providers are highly skilled at IV insertion, but situations do occur where we are unable to obtain access such as dehydration or difficult access.
